Indexed by LabVerify from named source records
LabVerify collects waitlist information only when submitted and uses cookieless, allowlisted client analytics events for product learning.
Waitlist data
Email, timestamp, consent status, referral source, and optional country are collected for launch communication. Role, product interest, and supplier interest are optional and used for evidence-coverage prioritization.
Waitlist submissions are sent server-side to the configured private provider. Provider secrets are never exposed to the browser. Duplicate emails are handled through an idempotency key derived from the normalized email address.
Analytics
Analytics events avoid obvious personal-data fields and do not set non-essential cookies in the current app. Current analytics are first-party `dataLayer` and browser events only.
Feedback data
Public beta feedback stores category, message, page URL, context metadata, consent status, submission timestamp, and optional email. Feedback is used for triage, correction, rights/takedown review, and product-quality review. Contact information is optional and is not published.
Retention
Waitlist, feedback, correction, and dispute records should be reviewed every 90 days during beta. Delete spam, duplicate operational noise, and records no longer needed for beta communication, correction follow-up, or legal/risk review.
Do not submit sensitive use information
Do not submit medical, dosage, administration, treatment, efficacy, or human-use details through LabVerify forms.
